Join our dynamic Corporate Services Division and play a pivotal role in modernising healthcare professional board operations across Singapore. As part of our forward-thinking team, you will be supporting 7 healthcare Professional Boards and 4 Specialists and Accreditation Boards while leading exciting digital transformation and sustainability initiatives and developing expertise in contemporary administrative practices. What you will be working on
• Perform general office administration, management of office facilities, contracts, tenancy agreements, space planning initiatives and budget planning for Corporate Services Division
• Carry out procurement requests by working closely with end users to prepare quotation and tender specifications and provide procurement advice to other divisions
• Handle records management matters, including project management on development for registry and email systems, managing vendors, and working with end users during system development, user acceptance testing, and implementation, ensuring deliverables meet organisational requirements and needs in a timely manner
• Implement reviews of internal processes to improve operational efficiencies and maintain SOPs
• Carry out any other duties as assigned
What we are looking for
• At least 3 years of working experience in office administration and process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with GeBIZ system and government procurement process will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, analytical, strong sense of perspective and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative team player with proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and IT Professionals
• Good communication and writing skills
• Adaptable and proactive approach to learning new systems and processes with strong problem-solving skills
