What the role is
The Institute of Public Sector Leadership (IPSL) develops a pipeline of leaders for the Singapore Public Service through an integrated suite of milestone programmes. Our suite of programmes, delivered at key junctures of a public officer’s career, focuses on leadership development, public governance and public service ethos.
What you will be working on
We are looking for a member of the IPSL programmes team, who is passionate about understanding and meeting the learning needs of Public Service leaders. In particular, you will:
- Diagnose needs, design & deliver learning interventions for different profiles of learners
- Partner & engage stakeholders (including senior leaders, external experts, HR officers) with empathy and professionalism to identify performance needs and co-create effective learning interventions in a timely manner
- Evaluate impact of learning interventions, using participant feedback and various sources of data, for future improvement
- Strengthen learning interventions and work processes by experimenting responsibly

- [Keep Learning and Putting Skills into Action]: Keep up with, share and apply new knowledge (including content on governance and policy issues, learning design) to build confidence and subject matter expertise

About Civil Service College
The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we partner government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first-class public service.
CSC brings together public officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them with opportunities for learning and skills upgrading. Our service-wide networks enable public officers to build capabilities, develop shared ethos and gain deeper perspectives, creating a collaborative environment for dialogue and knowledge sharing.
Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to strengthen strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.
