We are looking for a driven, strategic and analytical individual to be part of the newly established Squad Team for Strategic Projects in the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
As a Senior Manager in the Squad Team, you will be driving ECDA's transformation agenda by reviewing, designing and developing cross-divisional strategic initiatives that shape the future of Singapore's early childhood (EC) sector. You will work under the guidance of senior leadership and project sponsors to deliver strategic projects and recommend measures to address emerging issues.

What you will be working on
As part of the Squad Team, you will contribute to the delivery of prioritised strategic projects within stipulated timeframes. Specifically, you will undertake (including but not limited to) the following:
• Review, design and plan the delivery of key projects starting with the review on the EC Industry Landscape
• Facilitate cross-divisional coordination and collaboration with stakeholders, analysing data and evidence to recommend optimal operational-policy decisions
• Develop project frameworks to track progress and deliverables, and engage senior leadership for guidance and decision-making
What we are looking for
• Passion for the EC sector and commitment to improving outcomes for children and families
• Strategic planning and analytical skills with operations-policy experience or interest in translating data insights into recommendations. Stakeholder engagement and communication skills, along with problem-solving experience would be valuable.
• Adaptable and agile, enjoys working in transformative environments, and comfortable with ambiguity and change
• Background in economics, analytical experience in market/sector analysis or knowledge of Singapore's EC landscape would be advantageous
