What the role is

This is a 2-year contract position as a Lead, Partnerships in the CET Academy.

What you will be working on

Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Continuing Education and Training Academy (CETA) is seeking a strategic and driven individual to join our team as Manager/Lead (Partnerships). In this role, you will support the Assistant Director(s) and Deputy Director in shaping and executing strategies that drive product innovation, strategic partnerships, and B2B client engagement to advance the national SkillsFuture movement and lifelong learning.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and review plans to grow NP’s B2B clientele and strengthen its position in the adult learning ecosystem.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on CET product mixes tailored to industry domains and school needs, backed by market research and analysis.

  • Collaborate with programme teams to design customised training solutions aligned with client needs and CET funding opportunities.

  • Manage lead generation and conversion to expand client engagement and programme reach.

  • Analyse data trends and report on key performance indicators and business development activities.

  • Seek and secure relevant government grants (e.g., SkillsFuture Singapore) to support strategic initiatives.

  • Cultivate relationships and engage with corporate partners, industry associations, and external experts to enhance NP’s market presence.

  • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to drive product demand through outreach events and campaigns.

  • Partner with the CETA operations team to ensure smooth implementation and customer-centric experiences for B2B clients.

  • Oversee end-to-end course implementation lifecycle from programme design to course start, and evaluation, ensuring quality and client satisfaction

  • Provide administrative and supportive functions to schools as required.

What we are looking for

  • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience in business development, adult education, or corporate training.

  • Prior experience in educational programme management, Skillsfuture and adult learning, and/or business/commercial partnerships management would be a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.

  • Familiarity with CET frameworks and funding mechanisms is an advantage.
