What the role is

We are looking for a Marketing Manager/ Senior Manager to drive the next phase for the IMDA Open Innovation Platform (OIP) - our national digital marketplace that connects corporates with innovative solution providers through crowdsourcing challenges, and the IMDA PIXEL Innovation Hub - our innovation experience centre where corporates can explore and engage with emerging technologies in a tactile manner.

The successful candidate will plan and create marketing plans and develop strong narratives to drive awareness and conversion for the OIP, both for corporates and technology solvers.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute impactful through-the-line marketing and communication plans to deliver strong and measurable earned and paid media, both online and offline
  • Conceptualise, develop and run campaigns, advertisements, marketing collaterals and other marketing deliverables. This includes running marketing ops for regular OIP innovation calls, as well as content syndication campaigns focused on targeted lead acquisition.
  • Use data to plan and measure campaign effectiveness with focus on audience engagement and conversion
  • Manage creative/media agencies for creative materials and online/offline ad buys
  • Execute content strategy to grow the brand and users across owned and paid media, including LinkedIn and eDMs.
  • Develop and deliver strong narratives and compelling content (e.g., profile stories, collaterals) by engaging different stakeholders, both internal teams, and external users.
  • Support the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings, and collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies for content optimisation.

What we are looking for

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications and/or Digital Marketing
  • Ability to understand business needs and challenges and can perform data-driven analysis and decision making especially for Digital Marketing
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Strong aesthetic sense and sharp writing skills for marketing materials
  • Experience working with agencies and stakeholders to curate stories and angle
  • Dedicated team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills to engage a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Able to multitask and work with tight timelines
  • Experience in Government and/or B2B marketing preferred
