What the role is

Job Description Summary
The ideal candidate will be part of the team responsible for the full processing of broad-based grants. This includes manual processing of applications and/or claims, governance, stakeholder management of companies, automation, and streamlining of grant-related work processes.

What you will be working on

Duties and responsibilities include but not restricted to the following:

Manage and administer broad-based grant applications in a timely manner
Ensure accuracy of information submitted by grant applicant applying for Productivity Solution Grant (PSG), Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) Grant, and Energy Efficiency Grant (EEG)
Handle internal and external stakeholders pertaining to broad-based grant
Handle adhoc assignments or projects where required

What we are looking for

You must be independent, meticulous, self-driven, team player and have a strong customer-oriented mindset. Able to multitask and manage more than one project concurrently while keeping to the service standards
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage internal/external stakeholders
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skill
