The incumbent's job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of management reports (e.g. quarterly financial position) • Preparation of financial information for financial statements and annual report • Preparation of statistical & financial returns for submission to government agencies • Month-end closing activities inclusive of closing of GL accounts for the period, opening new periods • Year-end closing activities including identification of contingent liabilities for disclosure, computation of financial ratios • Liaising with statutory auditors • Processing of required accounting adjustments including revenue and cost allocation activities • Setup and maintenance of the accounting master data including General Ledger Chart of Accounts, Cost Centres and Profit Centres • Liaising with system consultants for the troubleshooting system issues and enhancements • Assisting with setup and migration to a new Finance ERP system • Assisting with maintenance of accounting records and preparation of financial statements for PUB subsidiaries • Assisting with procurement activities to support the administrative functions in Finance Department • Any ad hoc duties assigned
