1. Carry out inspection of sanitary systems to ensure that they are constructed in accordance with approved plans, and Code of Practice, and complies with Statutory Requirements. 2. Respond to public feedback, by carrying out investigation to determine the root cause of the feedback and issues with sanitary systems. Engage stakeholders and feedback providers on the root cause and suggest resolution. 3. Carry out investigation through evidence gathering and engagement with stakeholders (e.g. contractors, QPs, Licensed plumbers (LPs), owners, managing Agents, relevant agencies) on contraventions against the Sewerage and Drainage Act and related legislations, and Code of Practice. 4. Suggest enhancements to workflow and regulatory processes, to improve interfacing and correspondences with stakeholders. 5. Explore and implement initiatives on applicable technologies to enhance inspection and investigation works. 6. Supervise contractors to ensure that work activities (e.g. hydrostatic tests, low pressure air tests) are carried out in compliance with contract specifications and requirements. 1. 1. Diploma in Mechanical, Civil or Environmental Engineering 2. Able to be activated/deployed outside working hours and work overtime should there be any urgent cases/emergency. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in customer service management preferred. 5. Proficient in MS Office Applications 6. Preferred class 3 or 3A driving license
