What the role is
What you will be working on
- Work in an innovation-centric environment to drive product/ready-made solution adoption
- Ensure the smooth operations of MINDEF M365 suite of products
- Work with MINDEF/SAF units to redesign business processes to adopt best-in-class WOG solutions to enable faster digitalisation
- Provide efficient and responsive support to the smooth running of the MINDEF M365 operations, including development of digital materials and maintenance of SharePoint website, etc.
What we are looking for
- Education in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and/or Business Administration
- Project Management and/or related qualifications.
- Basic competencies in digital communications and marketing, business needs analysis, product management
- Good communication skills are pivotal to pitch/tech push new ideas and initiatives in a clear and objective manner to solicit stakeholders’ buy-in
- Strong teamwork and team player mentality
The traineeship will be for a period of 6 months.

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.
Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
