What the role is

Under the Prime Minister's Office, the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) is the government department responsible for the investigation and prevention of corruption in Singapore. It ensures that zero tolerance towards corruption is maintained, and Singapore remains corruption-free. What you will be working on

You will be part of the team of officers in CPIB’s Training, Planning & Development (TPD) Branch under the Training Division that is responsible for the review and development of training policies, learning & developmental plans and curriculum design and review. The TPD Branch also looks into equipping CPIB officers with the necessary skills, knowledge and competencies to carry out their work effectively and efficiently, and to develop and enhance the officers’ capabilities to the fullest of their potential. As an Assistant Executive / Senior Assistant Executive (Training, Planning & Development), you will provide administrative support to the team in the areas of training policies, learning & developmental plans and curriculum design and review, which include (but not limited to): • Assist in reviews and development of training policies and learning & developmental plans • Provide support in the conduct of Training Need Analysis and the review of Training Roadmaps • Provide support in horizon scanning on new external courses/programs and training delivery methodology • Provide support in the curriculum design and review of CPIB’s in-house training programs and render administrative support when needed • Assist to provide administrative and logistical support to emplace officers in training programs • Assist in curating and maintaining a list of suitable training courses/training calendar for staff • Maintain course evaluation records • Assist in establishing and maintaining a database to prepare training record statistics for management reporting requirements

What we are looking for

If you meet the following pre-requisites and can identify with our mission, join us now! • Prior experience in curriculum and training program development is an advantage; • Proficient in Microsoft Office; • Organised, meticulous and strong ability to multi-task; • Good communications and interpersonal skills; • Applicants with no experience may apply; and • Singapore Citizen.
