The Multimedia & Litigation Support Unit (MLSU) of the Legal Operations Group (LOG) at the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) is seeking a candidate to join their team.

What you will be working on
The job responsibilities include the following:
• Prepare legal documents and bundles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court procedures and regulations.
• File and submit legal documents and bundles to the courts.
• Ensure that the assigned filing and submission tasks are promptly followed up on and that deadlines are met.
• Provide updates on progress and address enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Facilitate communication with AGC’s external parties, which includes agencies, court personnel and legal professionals through both oral and written channels.
• Coordinate document exchanges/services, gather information, and convey messages effectively.
• Handle logistics, security, and coordination tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
What we are looking for
Requirements:
• Paralegal / Business Diploma or Certificate, or 2–3 years of equivalent field experience. Familiarity with e-litigation, legal terminology, or court procedures is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and PDF software (examples include Adobe Acrobat).
• Resourceful and collaborative, able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
