The temp staff is to assist CED officers to triage 9 mailboxes and respond to enquiries in the PBs’ generic and SMC Complaints SD mailboxes via Feedback Management System.
The temp staff will also assist officers to organise the 5 Pledge Ceremonies for SMC, TCMPB, SPC, SDC in Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug and Sep. The temp staff will also assist to prepare documents for the procurement of events management and design services.

What you will be working on
(A) Enquiries mailboxes:
• Triage 9 mailboxes via Feedback Management System
• Respond to enquiries from registrants, Members of Public covering registration, practising certificate renewal, continuing professional education, complaints and General enquiries.
(B) Pledge Ceremonies:
• Respond to email enquiries relating to Pledge ceremonies
• Draft email invitations to doctors, VIP guests
• Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events
• Assist officers to source for vendors
• On-site administrative and logistics support on event day, if necessary
• Prepare individual Pledge Certificates for registrants who attended the Pledge Ceremony
• Update pledge attendance in each registrant’s PRS record after event
(C) Support divisions in reviewing draft circulars and dissemination of circulars/notices
(D) Admin and any other duties as assigned by supervisor: assist officers to prepare documents for procurement of events management and design services, sending of corporate e-greeting cards.
What we are looking for
• Diploma/Degree preferably in mass communication or business management
• Experience in handling feedback enquiries, events and communications projects, website/content development
• Proficient in IT and MS Office applications e.g. Excel, Word
