What the role is

You conduct systems-level safety-related governance matters, serving as part of the governance team to work on safety aspects across the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) while developing aligned safety policies and monitoring compliance.

What you will be working on

- Conduct systems-level safety-related governance matters - Develop safety policies and directives - Monitor conformance to SAF safety directives across all services - Manage SAF Safety Performance - Prepare reports and analysis for reporting - Perform secretariat duties for safety forums - Support External Review Panel on SAF Safety - Review and recommend changes to existing SAF safety policies based on external regulatory updates Challenge(s) - Ensuring relevance and staying updated with latest developments in workplace safety-related policies and circulars from external regulatory bodies such as Ministry of Manpower (MOM) - Remaining current with international workplace safety and health regulations and standards for benchmarking and best practices implementation

What we are looking for

- At least 15 years of experience in safety management - Expertise in operational or training domains - Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and standards - Strong analytical and policy development capabilities - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different services Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
