Municipal Services Office (MSO) was set up in October 2014 to support MND’s vision of “An Endearing Home, A Distinctive Global City” by improving the Government’s overall coordination and delivery of municipal services. These services include the upkeep and improvement of our common living environment, so that future generations can continue to enjoy a high standard of living as well as a strong social cohesion in Singapore. We have made large strides in improving the quality of municipal services, by pushing for systemic solutions and championing service excellence among our partner agencies in the municipal sector. Now we are embarking on the next exciting chapter of our journey – to review more fundamentally how we can better manage complex municipal issues which could lead to protracted neighbour disputes.

What the role is
What you will be working on
In this position, you will support the Service Quality Team in MSO to manage the public feedback received through OneService channels.
You will help to assess the feedback and assign them to the correct agency in a timely manner, so that the agency can follow up on the cases promptly.
You may also be assigned to liaise with other public agencies as well as external organisations to enhance the coordination of service delivery.
What we are looking for
Applicants who are keen to learn about the municipal services sector and how government agencies work together to address residents’ concerns for the living environment.
Experience in feedback management/case triaging is advantageous.
This is an entry-level position open to degree/diploma holders.

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.
Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
