At the Partnership Lab in NYC, we work with youth and youth sector organisations to curate opportunities for youths. As an Assistant Manager / Manager (Partnership Lab – Corporates & Sector), you will play a crucial role in (1) designing and delivering key grants and/or platforms to support youths and youth sector organisations, and (2) forging and maintaining relationships with diverse key stakeholders. You will also work closely with partners to provide hands-on assistance and guidance in crafting their project key performance indicators, accessing funding opportunities and ultimately, delivering their projects.

What you will be working on
Partnerships with Corporates and Strategic Partners
• Design and administer grants and platforms to support youth initiatives, youth sector organisations and corporate partners
• Audit, create and execute digital marketing campaigns, developing engaging content for both online and offline channels for the DISCOVER and Mentoring SG Movement.
• Plan and work with stakeholders to implement the DISCOVER roadshows, and Mentoring SG events and programmes, including the annual National Mentoring Summit
• Manage partnerships with stakeholders, including content management and partner support on the DISCOVER portal
• Suggest, improve and implement Mentoring SG training curriculum, resources, materials to both mentors and mentees
• Cultivate new and strengthen existing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders such as corporates, educational institutions, and Mentoring Organisations as part of Mentoring SG Movement to expand mentoring opportunities
• Support data collection, analysis and stakeholder management to support Mentoring SG landscape mapping, and to drive programme improvements
• Support in implementation and analysis of mentoring impact assessment
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities while providing resources, networks and funding support to partners

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with and inspire young people
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Availability to work on weekends when required
