What you will be working on

- Review the current MarTech Stack, operations and journeys to identify opportunities aimed at enhancing patron engagement, streamlining marketing processes, and driving active membership growth
- Assist with the planning, execution, and analysis of push campaigns, including email marketing and mobile app notifications
- Implement segmentation, A/B testing, and personalised content to boost patron engagement and conversions
- Deploy automation to improve work process efficiency

Topline deliverables to be aligned with Reporting Officer:
1. Stocktake and recommend new ideas.
2. Support campaigns and assist in post-campaign reporting.
3. Familiarise with Marketing Technology platform to support campaign. Deploy at least one campaign/journey by end of engagement.
4. Support marketing workflow automation process.

What we are looking for

- Familiar with marketing campaign management, content strategy and brand management
- Knowledge of MarTech tools such as Salesforce is advantageous
- Strong team player with good networking skills
- Good sensemaking and organisational skills

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
  • Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.

Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
