What the role is
What you will be working on
Key responsibilities
1) Calendar and Schedule Management
Organise and manage senior management’s calendar and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Prioritise and coordinate meetings and events to optimise senior management’s time
2) Communication and Correspondence
Organise meeting materials for senior management
Handle correspondence (emails, calls and letters) and respond appropriately
Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
3) Miscellaneous Support
Submit travel, entertainment and monthly transport claims
Handle confidential matters with discretion
Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to enable smooth operations
What we are looking for
Experience in a PA role supporting senior executives
Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Discretion, integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
