What you will be working on

Study existing data visualisation needs to formulate proposal on recommendations to drive deeper and actionable insights
Review current data collection methods across different touchpoints including social media, media buy reports, website and propose improvements for increased work process efficiency and long-term data accuracy
Assist with organising and pulling stats for benchmarking and quarterly reports

Topline deliverables to be aligned with Reporting Officer:
1. Stocktake and recommend new ideas.
2. Build at least one prototype dashboard.
3. Support ongoing dashboard visualisation and reporting efforts
4. Support data consolidation discussion.

What we are looking for

Graduates from courses relating to Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science or Statistics
Familiarity in data analytics, including marketing & behavioural research, data visualisation and storytelling
Knowledge on retrieving data and automating reports is advantageous
Analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong team player with good networking skills

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.

Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
