What you will be working on

  • Curate and develop compelling digital content across multiple formats for NLB's  digital channels
  • Research learning trends and analyse target user needs to create relevant content that fills identified gaps and meets learning objectives
  • Monitor and analyse digital content performance through data tracking, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure content meets organisational standards and aligns with branding guidelines
  • Support SEO and omni-channel strategies to optimise content discoverability and enhance user reach and conversion

What we are looking for

  • Passion for digital learning and creating engaging educational experiences for diverse library users
  • Strong project management and communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Experience or keen interest in digital content creation and social media curation
  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of data analytics, web metrics, or digital marketing principles
  • Creative skills in digital design, videography, or content development would be an advantage
  • Understanding of intellectual property and copyright considerations in digital media

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
  • Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.

Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
