What you will be working on
As a key member of our Human Resource (HR) team, you will develop and implement strategies and programmes in key areas such as Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, and/or Career Development, with the aim of attracting, engaging, and retaining a talented workforce.
In this role, you will have opportunities to lead and participate in initiatives that foster high performance and growth, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure HR programmes align with organisational strategies. You will partner with other HR functions (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management) to deliver integrated, impactful people solutions.
What we are looking for
• Singapore citizen with at least 5 years of HR experience, relevant experience in the public sector will be an advantage
• Forward-thinking with a passion for people matters, a desire to serve people, and a commitment to excellence
• A team player, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage people at all levels

The ministry also oversees the operation of the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB).
