As a Human Resource (HR) Partner in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will serve as a strategic collaborator and advisor to school leaders, supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives. You will play a crucial role in building HR capabilities in schools, driving organisational effectiveness, and fostering a positive people culture in alignment with educational goals.

What you will be working on
• Partner with school leaders to understand their workforce needs and align HR strategies to school priorities
• Advise on manpower planning, talent deployment, staff retention and engagement, and succession planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and leadership continuity
• Provide timely and quality advice to school leaders as well as officers in schools on HR management matters
• Provide operational support in HR processes such as deployment, ranking and appraisal, and appointment of key personnel in schools
• Organise and facilitate outreach programmes to enhance HR capabilities and monitor feedback to distil insights and trends for strategic HR intervention
What we are looking for
• At least three years of relevant HR experience
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• High level of initiative and motivation with a positive and service-oriented attitude
• Meticulous and able to work independently within tight timelines
