As a Lead Engineer/ Engineer in the Programme Planning Office (PgPO) in Enterprise Group (EG), you will undertake central tasks such as analysis & planning, coordination, and collaboration across EG.

What you will be working on
The principal accountabilities of the jobholder include (but not limited to):
Development of Enterprise Masterplans
• Support the integration of functional masterplans and roadmaps into coherent enterprise-wide strategic plans.
• Coordinate the scope, ownership, dependencies and alignment for enterprise initiatives across design, delivery, funding, and maintenance phases.
• Oversee industry partnerships and vendor relationships.
• Present recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Process Management and Enhancement within EG
• Manage and enhance internal EG processes, promoting standardisation of best practices.
• Engage stakeholders across HTX.
• Keep abreast of technology and business trends and issues relevant to EG.
• Enhance and automate project monitoring and budget tracking processes.
• Track performance and resource utilisation.
• Assist ACE in reporting to MHA/ HTX leadership.
Additional Responsibilities
• Equip management with oversight on EG matters such as AORs, procurement, and overseas trips, projection information and polls.
• Improve EG’s project governance by establishing and maintaining a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for project information across EG.
• Coordinate major events such as workplan discussions, HacX and MAP-TXS.
What we are looking for
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good analytical, interpersonal, communications and facilitation skills.
• Competent, self-motivated, pro-active, dedicated and responsible self-starter.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in planning, trend analysis, process creation/ transformation and business process engineering.
All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
