What the role is

You develop policies and drive initiatives associated with defence cyber collaboration with other countries. You also support MINDEF/SAF's efforts to enhance defence cyber collaboration with key partners.

What you will be working on

- Provide policy recommendations to senior management regarding MINDEF/SAF's engagement strategy and collaborations in the cyber domain - Lead efforts to formalise collaboration efforts with cyber partners - Lead efforts to oversee preparations for all visits, meetings and conferences Challenge(s) - Understanding complex policy issues in the defence industry context as well as MINDEF/SAF's core interests so as to prioritise and develop engagement efforts for MINDEF/SAF - Keeping abreast of geopolitical and cyber developments in the cyber domain - Providing sound analysis of multifaceted security and industry challenges

What we are looking for

- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in international relations and/or policy roles - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent written skills - Ability to work independently, anticipate issues and opportunities and prioritise tasks and workstreams Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
