In our transformative journey towards precision public health, HPB aims to bring healthy living to more diverse population segments and deepen engagement with those who are already participants of HPB and partners’ programmes through a mix of digital and onground activities. The Healthy 365 mobile application, the national lifestyle platform for Singapore citizen, is designed to offer a wide range of digital offerings to sustain healthy behaviours across multiple health domains through a more holistic, personalised and continuous health journey.
You will be a part of HPB’s Integrated Programme (IP) Department, responsible for bringing healthy living to more diverse population segments and deepen engagement with those who are already participants of HPB and partners’ programmes through a mix of digital and on-ground activities. IP designs programmes to sustain healthy behaviours across multiple health domains through a more holistic, personalised and continuous health journey.
SCOPE (JOB RESPONSIBILITIES)
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The Integrated Programme (IP) Department leverages technology, behavioural insights and data-driven strategies to create shifts from a programme-centric view to a customer-centric view where personalised goals and recommendations will be served on the app to users in the near future. This new shift has emerged in view of HPB’s ambition towards a holistic and personalised digital delivery of lifestyle interventions, and with HealthierSG in supporting residents in following through with their Health Plan recommendations.
The team will have to understand and connect the plans within the Programmes Group, and across Divisions in aligning objectives and outcomes towards goals. Work will cut cross-functionally with domain experts, developers, and marketing teams to design intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric digital experiences. This would involve conducting user research to drive the evolution of our mobile app offerings, ensuring they meet real user needs and deliver business impact.
As a key member of the IP Department, you will be responsible to:
Lead and/or support the planning and design of digital programmes that promote healthy lifestyles and user engagement, including executing proof-of-concepts (POCs), proof-of value (POV) initiatives that are aligned with organisation’s priorities
Develop evaluation plans and metrics to measure programme outcomes and user impact
Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to inform continuous programme improvements
Engage and coordinate across multiple stakeholders (internal, domain/technical experts, government and external partners
Document and keep track of responsibilities such as project-related matters, progress on budget projection and utilisation, and analytics and evaluation.
What we are looking for
BE PART OF THE TEAM
Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual who has more than 2 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Product Management, or Programme Planning and Evaluation.
Experience in app design or UI/UX, or hold relevant project management-related certification will be advantageous.
Experience in leading and/or implementing projects, and delivering progress updates, evaluation and learnings
Possess excellent communication and internal and external stakeholder management skills to engage, and influence towards desired product and programme outcomes.
Able to work independently and as a team player with good analytical, planning and management skills towards achieving set objectives and key deliverables.
Able to work in an agile, fast-paced and highly dynamic environment to adapt to changes and collaborate across multiple teams.
