What the role is

What you will be working on
As DD DTC, your responsibilities include:
- Division-level leadership – Experience in leading a team and inspiring them to work in partnership with government agencies, enterprises, and technology providers to identify, convince and implement digital transformation projects and/or initiatives. This includes securing, managing and monitoring resources, working closely with various parts of IMDA. As this is a senior role, you will need to be able to work with other DDs within the cluster, supporting the cluster’s vision holistically.
- People development – Experience in attracting and hiring best-in-class talent to the team; guiding the team leads and team members, and developing plans to grow, train and retain talents in the team.
- Stakeholder management and influence - Develop strong relationships with and manage a wide range of stakeholders across both public and private sectors to drive successful completion of projects and achieving the intended project objectives.
What we are looking for
You would need to have:
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
- A good degree and with at least 10 years of leadership or supervisory experience in the business-tech function and/or project management space, preferably in the AMR area.
- Strong team-player spirit, excellent analytical skills, and perseverance to follow through with assignments in a timely manner. Ability to function with ambiguity, visualise outcomes and provide clarity for the stakeholders and partners. Must be comfortable with a dynamic environment and drive targets/outcomes.
Position will be commensurate with experience.
