What the role is
What you will be working on
The trainee will be involved in a few areas which include:
1) AI Technologies to streamline recruitment & selection process
a) Assess AI tool(s) to be used in recruitment processes
b) Understand current recruitment challenges/processes
c) Test the selected tool, analyse and provide feedback
d) If time permits, assist the HR recruiters in customization of the tool for JTC’s needs, when feasible
2) Management Associate Programme Structure
a) Conduct a research and analysis on a few Management Associate Programmes from other organisations
b) Map out a proposed programme structure including duration, rotations and learning components
c) Present findings and recommendations to the HR team
3) Branding / Outreach Initiatives
a) Support the HR team in branding and engagement initiatives with students and IHLs.
4) Process Improvement initiatives
a) Assess current business processes and identify digitalization opportunities to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.
Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
