What you will be working on

The Registry is responsible for the management and disposal of cases, including the processing, storing, retrieving of court documents and fixing hearings for matters which commenced in the Supreme Court. The candidate will provide admin and operational support to record management and hearing support services. You will be expected to: • assist in the digitisation and management of court records to facilitate searches and retrieval of records to improve operational efficiency; • maintain and update both physical and digital filing systems; • ensure documents for service are accurate and complete; • serve documents on designated recipients in a timely and professional manner; • perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document scanning; and • perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisors.

What we are looking for

Work Experience and Competencies • Minimum three years of relevant working experience, preferably in operations, records management, or legal support services • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel. • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail, proactive and ability to work independently or in teams Note: The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance.
