Bot, Automation and Low-Code Developer Traineeship
What the role is
What you will be working on
Depending on your area of deployment, you may be involved in one or more of the following areas:
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) — design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate or UIPath to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Low-Code Application Development — develop functional applications using low-code platforms such as Power Platform or whole-of-government tools to address operational needs.
Data Analytics — build and maintain dashboards and reports, such as using PowerBI, to support data-driven decision-making.
Bot Development — create and maintain AI-powered bots and virtual assistants to automate responses and improve service interactions.
What we are looking for
A self-motivated and adaptable team player with resilience and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Power Automate, as well as data visualisation tools like Power BI.
Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities in identifying and suggesting process automation solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Python will be useful.
