What the role is

Support REACH's move to transform engagement experiences with public via digitalisation, specifically with the use of data and customer relationship management (CRM) system.

What you will be working on

Part of the team that implements a CRM system to enable profiling and advanced segmentation based on demographics and interests as well as enable data unification across all engagement platforms. The team will also work with appointed vendor to ensure that the CRM system can unify datasets collected from various REACH engagement modalities, and can map and track each profile’s engagement journey with REACH. Plan, curate and produce content for REACH social media platforms to recruit specific individuals based on demographic profiles and interest for these engagement sessions, as well as increase public awareness about REACH. Such content includes short form videos and infographics. Support in the planning, organising and execution of engagement events such as dialogues, Listening Points and/or digital engagement campaigns.

What we are looking for

Experience or knowledge in tech – such as data science, computer science, CRM, AI etc - as well as good writing/communications skills, and an interest in engaging members of the public.

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
  • Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.

Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
