What you will be working on
Execute a full spectrum of HR activities:-
• Formulate and execute HR policies on welfare, recognition and benefit matters and allowances.
• Organise and facilitate welfare activities and organization-wide events/ceremonies.
• Manage welfare budget, expenditure and analysis of expenditure trends
• Conduct employee pulse surveys and perform data analytics on survey findings
• Administer HR IT system to ensure timely update of employee information.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and manpower data analysis.
• Other HR administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned for People Development Division.
What we are looking for
• Degree in any discipline or equivalent competencies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous, organized and creative with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong, resourceful team player, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PowerQuery).
• Knowledge in HR/Data Analytics/Sharepoint systems would be an advantage.
