What the role is

In this role, you will drive optimal programme experience and operations in CSC and assist in policy and process reviews in training operations. As a team member in the Programme Experience and Operations (PXO) department, you will work closely with vendors, users, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations for current and future business needs. You will be able to develop in the following competencies: • Programme Management • Project Management • Stakeholder Management • Critical Thinking • Process Improvement

What you will be working on

• Support smooth delivery of virtual, blended and classroom learning interventions as part of the efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and processes. This involves performing end-to-end programme administration and logistics functions including managing registrations and queries, catering and logistical arrangements; procurement and billing matters. • Re-design and implement policy and process improvements for better programme experiences in CSC and continuous improvement. This involves a) User and stakeholder engagement with CSC’s business units, corporate departments and key stakeholders to elicit users’ needs b) Collection and analysis of operational data c) Assessing how processes can be streamlined and supported in CSC’s internal operations platforms d) Development of operational workflows and procedures e.g. circulars and SoPs

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
  • Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.

Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
