What you will be working on
Join us in shaping MSF's data transformation journey. We are seeking skilled professional to help design and implement MSF's Data Plan, and enhance our data management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement data quality improvement strategy (DQIS) across MSF and ensure policies and procedures are followed to maintain data integrity across various systems and databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure DQIS is well understood and effectively implemented.
• Conduct data quality assessments and audits to identify inconsistencies, duplications, and errors, while working with divisions to implement corrective measures to resolve data quality issues
• Monitor data training completion and updating Dashboards for senior management
• Source for data related trainings for MSF officers
What we are looking for
• Ability to use python/SQL
• Familiar with visualisation tools such as PowerBI
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement
