About CSC International (CSCI):
CSCI is the international engagement arm of the Civil Service College, which aims to build strategic partnerships through the sharing of Singapore’s public service experience and best practices with the wider global community. CSCI’s clientele include foreign public officers who visit Singapore from time to time to learn best practices and understand how Singapore has progressed over the years.

What you will be working on
• Design, develop and manage study visits and training programmes for international delegates of the assigned countries/region.
• Conduct research on regions, countries and institutions.
• Network and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Involvement in administrative duties, project management and business development work.
What we are looking for
• Working experience in the field of Learning and Development is advantageous.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Strong project management and multitasking capabilities to meet competing demands for various projects.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
[Key Competencies Required]:
1. International Engagement – Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse international delegates and institutional partners across different cultural contexts. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and diplomatic professionalism whilst representing Singapore's public service values effectively in all interactions.
2. Working Effectively with Citizens and Stakeholders – Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality programmes. Demonstrate agility and a problem-solving mindset to co-create effective solutions that meet stakeholders' needs.
3. Learning Needs Analysis – Conduct thorough learning needs analysis to identify competency gaps and learning priorities that guide strategic programme design for delegates.
4. Programme Design – Plan and design programmes to meet delegates' learning objectives taking into account participant profiles, learning gaps, and desired outcomes. Monitor and adjust programme elements based on feedback and learning analytics.
5. Programme Management – Support programme implementation to ensure effective learning experiences are delivered to participants. Collect and analyse participant feedback to identify areas for improvement.
