What you will be working on
- Work with respective entities representatives to execute and govern manpower establishment policies and plans timely and effectively
- Support in monitoring and managing Army's establishments database
- Support in knowledge management and administration
- Provide advice to stakeholders on manpower establishment policies
Challenge(s)
- Handling voluminous data and ensuring data consistency and accuracy between approved establishment changes and data changes updated in systems
- Multitasking and delivering tasks within tight timelines while working with multiple entities representatives
- Maintaining good understanding of manpower establishment policies to effectively advise stakeholders and execute governance plans
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource, Accounting or Information Technology is preferred
- At least 2 years of work experience in HR role in a large organisation
- Good grasp of Microsoft suite of Office Tools (predominantly MS Excel), as well as experience in handling SAP enterprise system is advantageous
- Good team spirit
- Meticulous
- Self-motivated
- Integrity with high degree of security/data consciousness
