What you will be working on
- Assist in planning and coordinating HR events including Staff Appreciation Awards, Scholarship Ceremony, and Family Day, etc
- Support end-to-end event management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Help develop event timelines and track project milestones
- Designing of promotional materials
- Assist with event promotion and communication to URA officers
Learning Objectives:
- Gain comprehensive experience in event planning and execution processes
- Understand the role of HR events in employee engagement and organisational culture
- Develop project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Learn to deliver events that meet specific organisational objectives
What we are looking for
Internship Period: Full-time internship from April - Oct 2026 (can be discussed). To facilitate the hiring process, please state your availability, including specific start and end date in your resume or application form.
- Open to A'Level / Polytechnic Students
- Business / HR / Digital Media / Marketing / Event Management related fields
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe , etc.
