What the role is
What you will be working on
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organising data from various systems including ECRM, Case central, Excel
- Support the preparation of regular caseload reports and development of dashboards covering metrics such as caseload ratio, inflow and outflow of cases, key performance indicators
- Learn to create visualisations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Support in tracking of key projects and deliverables
- Support in ad-hoc tasks that include leveraging on technology to facilitate knowledge management
What we are looking for
Functional/Technical Competencies Required
- Data Processing: Good ability to clean and process data using excel
- Data Analytics & Insights: Ability to use data and analytics to generate insights for forward planning.
- Technical Proficiency: Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, comfortable with project management tracking, familiarity with data manipulation and Power BI
General Competencies
- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to present information clearly
- Interest in domestic violence related data
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new tools and techniques , and leverage on technology for efficiency

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating in 2024, 2025 or 2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
- Applicants must have no prior working experience and must be prepared to commit to a full-time traineeship.
Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2026 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2027 are eligible for the programme as well.
