What the role is
What you will be working on
- Gather and document business requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present solutions
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Provide project administration support
- Develop process maps, functional prototypes and proof of concepts using suitable platforms
What we are looking for
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years’ experience with relevant experience in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; portfolio of prototype/development work preferred
- Experience with prototype/wireframing/productivity tools (Power Platform, RPA, Figma, etc.) preferred
- Interest in social work case management
- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to present information clearly
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new tools and techniques and leverage on technology for efficiency

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating in 2024, 2025 or 2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
- Applicants must have no prior working experience and must be prepared to commit to a full-time traineeship.
Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2026 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2027 are eligible for the programme as well.
