What the role is
What you will be working on
The duties include:
Engagement
Liaise with internal or external stakeholders to coordinate the conduct of programme which includes venue booking/preparation, registration, logistics coordination.
Creation of publicity EDMs for events
Implement the WBU (wellness) pop up events at various site and care packs
Organise corporate engagement and wellness related events (e.g. programme curation and management including administrative and logistic support).
Conceptualise and design eDMs for corporate engagement communications (e.g. content and artwork curation).
Assist on the prep work in the lead up to launch of Employee Engagement Survey (EDMs, briefing decks)
Learning & Development
Learning and Development research work for suitable programmes for MPA officers.
Support the organisation of brown bag sessions and assist in the curation of presentation deck
Design a series of EDMs on MPA's learning and career development initiatives to create greater awareness from staff.
Talent Acquisition and Outreach
Develop outreach strategies and materials to build MPA brand awareness and cultivate relationships with Education and Career Guidance (ECG) contacts for prospective schools, Institutes of Higher Learning and Autonomous Universities.
Work with key partners within the Public Service to strengthen our talent acquisition for functional disciplines (e.g. ICT, Engineering).
Develop, plan and implement the talent engagement sessions for MPA. This includes overseeing the planning and organization of interns’ engagement sessions with senior management for green harvesting initiatives and scholars’ engagement sessions to support and enhance their experience with the organisation.
Work closely with divisions to facilitate internship opportunities.
Providing support to the outreach/internship team on the procurement of marketing collaterals, assisting in the logistics support for the outreach events.
What we are looking for
You should be a team player with strong stakeholders’ management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in learning and development, employee engagement or events management would be an advantage.

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.
Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
