What the role is

This is a traineeship role with the HR department, offering exposure to HR digital transformation initiatives, development and communication of our employee value proposition (EVP) and development of AI culture and awareness in CSC.

What you will be working on

o Review existing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding and identify digitalisation opportunities to streamline operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. o Develop and design communication materials like infographics, videos, and presentations that explain the EVP to current and future employees. Support the creation of role-specific messaging that aligns with the overall EVP. o Assist in planning and executing AI awareness campaigns, communications, and engagement initiatives to promote AI adoption and literacy. Coordinate learning sessions, roadshows, and showcases to highlight use cases and encourage experimentation.

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
  • Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.

Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
