Senior Manager/Principal Manager [PDD/Planning]

What the role is

The role requires the incumbent to conduct comprehensive review and develop policy. Incumbent must be able to work independently.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Policy Development
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive strategic reviews and translate findings into actionable implementation plans
• Experience in developing and refining career facilitation policies and programmes within government or similar organisational contexts

Parliamentary & Government Process Knowledge
• Familiarity with Parliamentary procedures, including preparation of Parliamentary Questions responses
• Experience supporting Committee of Supply (COS) speeches and developing comprehensive FAQs for government communications
• Understanding of government decision-making processes and formal documentation requirements

Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Prepare presentations materials and papers for senior management and stakeholders
• Strong written communication abilities, particularly in drafting formal responses to ministerial enquiries and inter-agency proposals
• Experience liaising with multiple government ministries and agencies on policy matters

Performance Management & Analysis
• Expertise in monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators within organisational or policy contexts
• Analytical skills to recommend appropriate targets and assess resource allocation requirements
• Experience in performance measurement frameworks and outcome assessment methodologies

Project Coordination & Collaboration
• Collaborate with other CCG divisions to formulate comprehensive and coherent responses on behalf of CCG
• Plan and facilitate CCG’s annual work plan sessions
• Act as Secretariat for working groups / meeting platforms on career facilitation related matters chaired by ACE/CCG or CE

    • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities to translate broad concepts into actionable insights and identify key issues of relevance

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholder

    • Resilient and adaptable to change

    Candidate with more experience may be considered for a Principal Manager position.
