What the role is

The role involves supporting the development of a comprehensive talent CRM platform for tracking individual progress and personalised development planning, designing a structured mentorship programme to attract and onboard new social service sector entrants, and coordinating stakeholder engagement sessions to gather insights from social service professionals.

What you will be working on

1. Talent CRM Platform Development - Support in building a comprehensive platform to track and manage sector talent, enabling longitudinal progress monitoring and personalised development planning for each individual.

2. Mentorship Framework - Support in designing and implementing a structured mentorship programme to attract, guide, and onboard new entrants into the social service sector.

3. Engagement Coordination - Organise stakeholder engagement sessions to gather ground-level insights and feedback from social service professionals.

What we are looking for

Functional/Technical Competencies Required:

1. Programme Design and Implementation - Experience conceptualising, structuring, and operationalising frameworks from inception to delivery with clear processes and success metrics.
2. Data Analytics and Reporting - Skills in data collection methodologies, analysis tools, and dashboard creation
3. CRM and Database Management - Knowledge of CRM platforms, database design principles, and data management best practices is a bonus
General Competencies:

1. Stakeholder Engagement - Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship building and consensus development.
2. Strategic Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to articulate ideas and build stakeholder support.
3. Adaptability and Agility - Thrives in ambiguous environments while maintaining focus and delivering results.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making - Applies rigorous analysis and critical thinking to deliver sound, evidence-based judgements.

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
  • Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.

Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
