What the role is
What you will be working on
As part of LTA's dynamic a team that standardises and develops training for rail engineering, operations and maintenance, you will work closely with LTA subject matter experts and external partners on the standardisation, development and enhancement of the training programmes. This will include working with experts and trainers to structure the learning needs, planning and managing the development and deployment of training and assessment, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning.
In addition, you will be involved in facilitating meetings and workshops, analysing, recommending and developing innovative instructional and assessment solutions to meet a variety of training needs and learning styles, through the use of latest technologies (e.g. AR, VR), grounded in sound approaches to pedagogy and andragogy, and managing the delivery of training and assessment efficiently and effectively.
What we are looking for
• Prior experience or exposure in training needs analysis, e-learning, or instructional design is preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, presentation, communication, coordination and interpersonal skills with attention to details
• Team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Have a passion for urban rail system and engineering issues

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.
Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
