This role looks at leading the development of a holistic marketing and branding strategy that will expand and strengthen NHB’s outreach and engagement with Singaporeans through integrated 360 marketing and digital strategies and campaigns across earned, paid, owned and shared platforms. Having the clarity to identify and recognise communication gaps across NHB, and the creativity and agility to strategically utilise the spectrum of marketing tools and platforms in the media and communications landscape to achieve results is key.
You will be working closely with the different museums and divisions within NHB across various portfolios, attaining quality outreach and engagement for NHB, while balancing this with the unique identities of NHB’s museums and various projects and initiatives of the divisions, so that heritage as a whole can be seen as enjoyable and relevant to our daily lives, and core to our sense of identity and belonging as Singaporeans.
