What the role is

The role will focus on two core portfolios: (1) Data Integration and Analytics, and (2) Digital Transformation and Process Automation.

What you will be working on

(1) Data Integration and Analytics • Design and implement comprehensive data pipelines to extract, transform, and load youth participation and survey data from multiple platforms including Discover, FormSG, and Our Singapore Grants portal systems. • Develop interactive dashboards and analytical frameworks to identify trends in recruitment effectiveness, participation rates, and re-engagement strategies across the whole-of-Youth Corps Singapore (YCS) ecosystem. • Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and programme optimisation. (2) Digital Transformation and Process Automation • Drive digital transformation initiatives to streamline operational workflows and enhance organisational efficiency. • Key focus areas include automating user onboarding processes for the Discover platform, developing integrated solutions for publicity material consolidation and distribution across email and Telegram channels, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) tools. • Leverage both Whole-of-Government (WOG) digital platforms and commercial automation solutions to redesign workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve service delivery across YCS operations.

What we are looking for

• Strong interest in building data pipelines, integrating multiple data sources, and developing analytical dashboards. • Familiar with (or eager to learn) data tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or R for analytics and visualisation. • Comfortable working with APIs, datasets, and ETL processes to support end-to-end data integration. • Keen to explore process automation and workflow optimisation using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or equivalent RPA solutions. • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that improve programme delivery and user experience. • Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple data streams with accuracy and timeliness. • Passionate about digital transformation, youth development, and leveraging technology to enhance public engagement and service outcomes. • Background in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
