What the role is

Technology Innovation and Process Digitalisation Support the exploration and enhancement of technology tools and platforms to address business needs within the Partnerships Lab Division.

What you will be working on

Key responsibilities includes, but are not limited to: • Researching and testing digital platforms for partnership management (CRM solutions). Engaging with relevant stakeholders to obtain feedback. • Integrating existing and potentially unexplored AI-powered tools/platform to identify and prioritise partners, recommend areas to partner on, and recommend appropriate strategies to operationalise partnerships. • Automated data visualisation systems for monitoring/tracking and reporting of partnerships • Understanding current operations and integrating OGP solutions by GovTech to increase ops efficiencies

What we are looking for

• Strong interest in applying technology and AI to improve organisational processes and decision-making. • Familiar with (or keen to learn) tools such as CRM systems, data visualisation software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), and workflow automation platforms. • Self-driven, adaptable, and curious about emerging technologies and digital transformation in the public sector (e.g. OGP solutions by GovTech) • Comfortable experimenting with digital and AI-powered tools to prototype solutions and test usability. • Able to analyse operational processes, identify gaps, and propose data-driven improvements. • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights. • Background in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business, or related disciplines preferred.

Eligibility for GRIT@Gov traineeship

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
  • Graduated or graduating in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.

Trainees who complete their studies from Universities, Polytechnics, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or other Educational Institutions within 2025 but who will only receive their qualification/certification award in 2026 are eligible for the programme as well.
