What the role is

As a member of the FAST Command team, you will support development and maintenance of robust ground sensing networks through strategic stakeholder partnerships to protect migrant workers' employment rights and well-being. This role focuses on building strong community relationships to manage local impacts while ensuring readiness for crisis response when needed. Through proactive engagement with key stakeholders, you will establish early warning systems and coordinate effective responses to support migrant worker welfare and community harmony.

What you will be working on

• Protecting migrant worker living standards through regular housing inspections, compliance checks, and working with dormitory operators to drive improvements in living conditions. • Managing and resolving cases involving salary, accommodation, employment rights, and worker welfare, while coordinating with employers, dormitory operators, and support agencies for effective outcomes. • Overseeing health and safety protocols in dormitories, including managing medical cases, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring proper implementation of infection prevention measures. • Building and maintaining strong ground networks through the FACE volunteer program, including recruiting and training volunteers, organizing community engagement activities, and strengthening connections within the migrant worker community.

What we are looking for

• Experience in service and/or enforcement sector preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Team player with ability to work under minimal supervision • Excellent multitasking abilities
