Assistant Operations Manager Class 4 Test Circuit - SPF/ TP

As an Assistant Operations Manager at the C4TC, you will lead operational excellence and efficiency through oversight of testing operations, administrative processes, and team management. You will drive improvements while maintaining robust governance and stakeholder relationships across all operational and administrative functions. This role may require half-day shifts on alternate Saturdays to support continuous operational coverage. You will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for: • Leading daily testing operations and circuit management, including supervising contract testers and operational staff • Monitoring and maintaining testing standards compliance while directing tester deployment and resource allocation • Establishing testing standards and quality assurance frameworks, driving technical improvements in testing regime • Designing and implementing administrative workflows and standard operating procedures • Executing budgetary planning, monitoring expenditure, and implementing financial control • Leading vendor relationships, contract management, and negotiations while overseeing administrative staff development • Conducting data analysis and performance reporting across all functions, managing comprehensive stakeholder relationships • Monitoring operational KPIs and implementing continuous improvements to ensure compliance with government guidelines

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic individual to lead our Class 4 Test Circuit operations as an Assistant Operations Manager. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience • At least 2 years of project management experience • Strong knowledge of Road Traffic Act and testing regulations • Strong operational and leadership capabilities across multiple functions • Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills • Experience in financial management and contract administration • Able to work half-day shifts on alternate Saturdays when required Short-listed candidates will be notified within two weeks after the closing date for applications.
