Operations Executive, Class 4 Test Circuit - SPF/ TP

Our Class 4 Test Circuit (C4TC) plays a vital role in ensuring commercial vehicles meet stringent safety and operational standards. As an Operations Executive at the Class 4 Test Circuit, you will execute daily operations across testing operations, administrative support, and customer service functions. You will ensure smooth delivery of services while maintaining high standards and regulatory compliance. This role includes half-day shifts on alternate Saturdays to support continuous service delivery. You will report to the Assistant Operations Manager and be responsible for: • Executing daily Class 4 circuit testing operations and implementing test routes according to standards • Coordinating test scheduling and slot allocation while monitoring safety standards during testing • Managing test vehicle deployment and readiness, conducting quality checks on test procedures • Processing test fees and maintaining financial records, coordinating facility maintenance and repairs • Monitoring service contracts and contractor performance, handling vehicle fleet documentation and maintenance • Managing customer service counter operations and processing test registrations and licence endorsements • Handling enquiries and complaints professionally, and processing test fee payments and documentation • Maintaining accurate licensing records and supporting service excellence initiatives

We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented individual to support our Class 4 Test Circuit operations as an Operations Executive. REQUIREMENTS • Relevant experience • 3-4 years operations/administrative experience preferred • Strong operational and administrative background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of government procedures and compliance requirements • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with good documentation and record-keeping abilities • Customer service orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently • Able to work half-day shifts on alternate Saturdays when required • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and service standards Short-listed candidates will be notified within two weeks after the closing date for applications.
