The trainee will work in two key areas: Conducting analysis and developing dashboards for an aviation safety data sharing initiative and be involved in test-bedding and rapid prototyping activities for regulatory use cases.
Potential Competencies to be Developed:
The trainee will develop technical skills in data visualisation, dashboard development and AI/ML related methodologies. They will also gain specialised knowledge in aviation safety framework and digital transformation methodologies within the public sector context.
What you will be working on
Data Analytics and Visualisation The trainee will help develop and refine dashboards for a safety data sharing initiative. The trainee will also help identify trends, patterns and generate insights from the data shared.
Digitalisation The trainee will engage in ideation, test-bedding and rapid prototyping activities for identified AI/ML use cases, whilst documenting these use cases and collecting user feedback for iterative improvements
What we are looking for
Key Qualifications:
Relevant training in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and methodologies
Experience with data visualisation software and dashboard development
Relevant Experience:
Prior project experience in data analytics, prototyping, or research activities (through internships, academic projects, or personal initiatives)
Experience in cross-functional collaboration or stakeholder engagement
Desirable Attributes:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently
Interest in digital transformation and emerging technologies
