We welcome you to join our team as: SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER, FAMILY FAMILY JUSTICE COURTS The successful candidate will assist in the operations of one of the Registries within the Family Justice Courts. Successful candidate will be subject to job rotation across Registries for greater exposure and operational purposes.

What you will be working on

• Assist the Judicial Officers in matters relating to Divorce applications and other Originating applications; • Perform case management duties such as processing documents filed in the Family Justice Courts, attending to correspondences and enquiries, ensuring timely scheduling of hearings; • Carry out monitoring functions which includes collation of statistics and chamber support; • Assist with diary management for the Family Justice Courts; • Perform service counter duties when scheduled; • Participate in projects to advance the operations of the Registry; and • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisors.

What we are looking for

• Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in administration and stakeholder management. • Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills. • Pro-active and able to work independently as well as within a team. • Well-organised with a keen eye for detail and committed to deliver high quality work. • Able to perform well under pressure. The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance. Only short-listed candidates will be notified.
